β’ Research
β’ Take Meeting Notes
β’ Social Media and Marketing Support
β’ Prepare materials for meetings
β’ Schedule meetings and events
β’ Prioritize phone calls and email correspondence
β’ Mail/FEDEX Correspondence
β’ Create reports and complete various administrative tasks

Qualifications:

β’ Social Media
β’ Experience and interest in technology preferred
β’ Microsoft Office skills (including expert knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
β’ Experience with calendar management
β’ Professional demeanor with a positive attitude
β’ Ability to prioritize and pay attention to detail
