We are an innovative technology company looking for an administrative assistant to support our team.




β€’ Manage multiple calendars

β€’ Research

β€’ Take Meeting Notes

β€’ Social Media and Marketing Support

β€’ Prepare materials for meetings

β€’ Schedule meetings and events

β€’ Prioritize phone calls and email correspondence

β€’ Mail/FEDEX Correspondence

β€’ Create reports and complete various administrative tasks




β€’ Social Media

β€’ Experience and interest in technology preferred

β€’ Microsoft Office skills (including expert knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

β€’ Experience with calendar management

β€’ Professional demeanor with a positive attitude

β€’ Ability to prioritize and pay attention to detail
