We’re looking for an energetic product leader for our core SaaS product for providers. You’ll lead the backbone of the Solv marketplace - our experience and workflow products used by over 2000 urgent care locations and labs daily to manage their patient experience. You’ll play a leading role in defining the future of our product experience, delivering a radically simpler, friendlier, and innovative experience for patients and doctors.  You’ll also expand access to new types of providers and services (for example, Skin Health, Mental Health, Women’s Health), and create innovative solutions for the providers of the future.

You can expect to:

• Build transformative products that improve the healthcare experience for people and for healthcare providers
• Deeply understand the needs of healthcare providers and consumers
• Develop a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area
• Lead and empower a team of product managers to use their talents to the fullest and create an outcome-oriented culture
• Work closely with cross-functional leadership across design, engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, to launch innovative products

You'd be great for this role if you:

• 8+ years working in a product management role at a healthcare technology company, 10+ years of work experience overall
• Experience in managing other PMs
• Experience building products in healthcare, ideally with experience building products for both providers and patients/consumers
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across design, engineering, marketing, sales, customer success
• Experience using data to solve business problems
• Strong ability to communicate and motivate teams
