Revenue Management Analyst

The Revenue Management Analyst will assess, both through manual pricing and revenue management software efforts, the top line income of multifamily communities.  Along with top line rental rates and renewal rates, the Revenue Management Analyst will have the opportunity to deep dive into all income categories to find growth opportunities.

How you’ll contribute to #OneTeam

  • Support the operations team on various portfolios, through data collection, amenity analysis, competitive analyses, market research analyses, and presentation preparations
  • Development and maintenance of departmental reports to track internal key performance indicators
  • Calculating and analyzing revenue management IRR/ROI projections
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends across portfolio, amenity and competitor data sets
  • Validating and ensuring the integrity of multiple data sources
  • Works with executive, mid-level and local leaders to map desired business strategies into appropriate pricing decisions to ensure revenue management best practices including but not limited to amenities and competitor pricing are met
  • Analyze and review property amenities at both the unit and community level to ensure all potential revenue is captured
  • Analyze and manage property competitor data and administer/train on Radix as needed
  • Monitor and evaluate performance of properties and suggests corrective actions for poorer performing properties
  • Assist with gathering macro and micro economic research. Produce market economic reports on quarterly and ad-hoc bases
  • Assist with creating performance reports measuring property performance against submarket and metro area markets, REITs, and other competitors
  • Be the subject matter expert with respect to property amenities and competitor data
  • Be a key contact for as well as train pricing analyst, regional managers and business managers on amenity and competitor data best practices
  • Supports current KPIs and contributes to creating new KPIs where needed
  • Work with leadership to develop new reporting, processes, and training

Who you are

  • 3+ years of related experience in dynamic pricing and revenue management
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and a natural influencer
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company success
  • Experience updating data in core PMS systems specifically related to amenities, renovations, unit type creation
  • Team player that collaborates closely with all cross-functional teams
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and problem-solve creatively
  • Preferred experience in Real Estate Tech, Hospitality and SaaS software startup environments
