Hostfully is hiring for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. You will report to the Director of Technical Program Management. Hostfully is a company that provides software to short term rental property managers. Using Hostfully, these managers can distribute their listings across Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and more without getting double bookings. Hostfully also helps automate payments, bookings, guest communication, and much more. The company has won several industry-wide awards for Best Property Management Software and also was #2 in Gartner's first magic quadrant for vacation rental software.

We are looking for developers driven to build our products to make them more powerful and easier to use for our customers. A successful candidate will have experience building web services using Java and creating modern front ends with React. Bonus points for candidates with devops experience. Your main goals will be to join the team in increasing development velocity while also taking ownership of a key component in the system that is essential for customers. Your work will make a real impact on the business.

What You Will Do:

• Work with a great team of senior developers to improve the Hostfully Property Management Platform
• Take ownership of a key component of the system
• Participate in agile ceremonies
• Build for scale

Skills Required:

• 2+ years of React (ES6)
• 2+ years of Java 11 or newer
• 2+ years working with web services

Nice To Have:

• Experience building mobile friendly sites
• DevOps using Docker and Kubernetes
• Solid SQL / relational database experience

Hostfully's Co-Founders are based in San Francisco and we are a completely remote team. For this role, we are searching for someone who is near the EST timezone, or in Europe to make it easier to schedule and plan meetings. Our development team is located in the US, France, Turkey, Poland, and Belarus.
