We’re seeking a SEO Manager to further advance external traffic through the pursuit of world-class, white hat organic SEO. Organic traffic has been one of our most important channels driving millions of users to the Solv healthcare marketplace, and you will amplify that success through innovative strategy and solutions in collaboration with the marketing and product teams. You’re a data-oriented marketer able to identify key priorities and implement strategic SEO initiatives designed to ensure high page ranks and increased website traffic from our target audience. You have experience working with internal and external partners to drive both onsite and offsite optimization projects, report on performance, and continually iterate through market and product evolution.

If you consider there are 3 main components of SEO – technical SEO, on-page SEO and off-page SEO – we’re looking for someone that leans on-page, including scalable content optimization.

What you'll do:

  • lead onsite and offsite SEO initiatives across Solv, increasing organic traffic
  • identify and implement new and unique opportunities to attract and convert Solv’s target audience through organic traffic sources
  • collaborate with marketing and product teams to holistically incorporate SEO strategy, providing technical SEO requirements and content guidance
  • build and maintain SEO reporting to track and effectively communicate performance of SEO initiatives
  • perform technical SEO audits, investigate into logs and make relevant technical recommendations to both internal and external teams
  • perform competitive analysis to benchmark our performance and identify gaps
  • monitor SEO performance metrics and KPIs, as well as relevant market data, to understand and predict search trends

You'll be great for this role if you have:

  • 3-5 years of enterprise SEO experience with a B2C emphasis
  • early-to-mid stage start-up experience
  • a proven track record of growing rankings, traffic, and engagement through onsite and offsite
  • expertise in SEO experimentation and testing programs
  • advanced knowledge of analytical software such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Sistrix, SEMRush and/or other common platforms
  • demonstrable experience creating and reporting on SEO dashboards for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end web programming languages, and subject matter expertise on Schema markups
  • thorough understanding of SEO techniques, digital channels and proactively keeping up-to-date with the latest innovations
