Building Snorkel Flow requires outstanding engineers and technologies across the stack, including scalable data pipelines, elegant and intuitive interfaces (both visual and programmatic), state-of-the-art ML modeling techniques, and best practices for seamless deployment. Modern AI approaches require large labeled training datasets to learn from. While traditional approaches typically rely on armies of human annotators to label by hand, Snorkel Flow empowers users to programmatically label and build training data sets to drive a radically faster, more flexible, and higher quality end-to-end AI development process. Snorkel Flow is an end-to-end development platform, complete with a GUI and powerful programmatic interfaces for driving the development process for full AI application workflows: from preprocessing, to programmatic training data creation, to ML model training, to analysis, and deployment. It's the data-first platform for enterprise AI.

Snorkel AI is looking for a Regional Vice President to join our team and support a growing territory in the Central US. The Regional head of sales is a sales management position responsible for leading a team of highly skilled Account executives.

Our sales team at Snorkel AI is growing rapidly! We are a driven & passionate team of AE’s with a desire to disrupt the current state of enterprise AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and develop a world-class team of high-caliber account executives. Inspire and drive your region with a 200% on revenue target mentality. This team should include individuals with high cognitive ability, empathy, work ethic, grit and coachability
  • Have an in-depth understanding on Snorkel AIs product in order to be able to provide guidance and mentoring on selling, navigating complex legal negotiations, helping eliminate technical barriers, managing escalations
  • Ensure effective and consistent pipeline generation & accurate forecasting with accountability around clearly defined leading indicators to drive a predictable business
  • Implement and enable our value-based selling approach consistently across team of account executives
  • Collaborate and partner closely with our incredibly dedicated cross-functional teams. Build & foster strong internal partnerships with MLE, customer success, alliances, pre-sales and account development

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of enterprise selling experience and 3+ years of management experience at a fast-paced, high growth B2B software company
  • Experience negotiating large 6- 7 figure deals with extremely complex terms, conditions, price pressures, and considerations
  • Previous experience working at a high growth early-stage B2B software company
  • Experience building sales teams from the ground up and recruiting, hiring, and training top sales talent
  • Proven track record of over-achieving quota in both an IC and management capacity
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Experience implementing MEDDPICC or a comparable sales qualification framework
  • Intelligent: Possess ability to learn quickly and establish credibility. High EQ and self-aware.
  • Passionate about building, teaching, investing, and evolving high caliber sales teams
